Light Progress UV FLOW E40 Upper Air Unit
Light Progress UV FLOW Series in-room air treatment fixtures are designed specifically to create a germicidal UVC disinfection zone in the upper portion of a room. Upper air ultraviolet fixtures are able to disinfect the air as it passes through this zone without exposing any occupants to germicidal UVC irradiation. Upper air has been used to reduce transmission of pathogens for decades.
The fixtures use reflectors and an attractive honeycomb filter to safely direct UVC energy above contact level (7+ feet) with occupants.

Upper Air Applications
Upper air fixtures can be used for in-room installation in commercial, industrial, educational, health care and institutional buildings, and more.
A single E40 unit can cover approximately 200 square feet, depending on the application. UVC lamp replacement is simple by removing a thumb screw on each side and allowing the front of the unit to swing down. E75 and E40 lamps are rated for 18,000 hours.
