Light Progress UV FAN | UVC and TiOx Air Purifying Fan

Light Progress UV FAN Series in-room air treatment fixtures are designed to circulate and cleanse the air in a room through enclosed UVC and a TiOx filter. These units are safe for occupied spaces.

The UV FAN is a whisper-quiet unit (44 db) that circulates air with a proven 99.9% reduction in contaminant load.

UV FAN Applications

Because the germicidal UVC light is enclosed in the UV FAN unit, these are ideal for cleansing the air in occupied and high-traffic areas. Commercial, industrial, educational, health care, institutional, and more can benefit from the dual-technology air purification delivered by the UV FAN products.

A single UV FAN unit can cover approximately 430 square feet, depending on the application. UVC lamp replacement is simple by removing the cover of the unit. These long-life lamps are rated for 18,000 hours.

About the TiOx Filter

A titanium dioxide (TiO2) nano-structured photocatalyst (TiOx®) is a filter that, when activated by UVC energy inside the UV FAN, oxidizes and degrades contaminants carried in the air. In addition to the UVC disinfection power in these units, the TiOx technology provides an added level of protection and decontamination.

TiOx filters are unique from other filter media and technology because they do not need to be replaced. The effectiveness of the filter is energized by the UVC light produced inside the unit.
